We provide a growing team of enthusiastic, hard working young teachers, each with a strong desire to excel in their chosen profession. Our staff are an integral part of the growth and success of our educational programs, as they work towards delivering a professional and personable service for our families each day. They are sincere in their motivation to work closely with young children, ensuring each of their students receives the individual attention needed to make a genuine difference in their lives.

My name is Licia, I am a teacher fortunate to have accumulated over thirty years of extensive experience, working with children from preschool to year six, as both a classroom teacher and private tutor.

My motivation has always been rather selfish, in that I take professional fulfillment from being a part of the transition a child makes as they begin to experience success.

Working at blue boots enables me to work closely with individual children and their families, initially gaining their trust, building confidence and gradually changing their attitudes towards learning. I have always found this to be the combination of factors that puts our children at blue boots on the path towards understanding that they all have the potential to succeed.
